Ryan is a married 25 year old who has been tournament fishing since he was 16 years old. He has become a very knowledgable angler fishing mostly in Maryland but has fished up and down the East coast. Ryan is one of our tackle desginers and his primary job with Explosive Tackle is the advertising/sales of our lures.

Dave's fishing career is really just beginning at this point. His accomplishments include tournament wins at the grass roots federation club level with two bass clubs in Delaware, and qualifying for the Delaware B.A.S.S. Federation Nation State Team in 2006 and 2008 (State Champion '08). He is currently the President of the Eastern Shore Bassmasters of Delaware, Vice-President of the Delaware B.A.S.S. Federation Nation, and team captain of the 2008 State Team. His goals are to help promote youth bass fishing in our area and establish conservation awareness for all Delaware anglers. Dave has proven to be a very successful jig fisherman and has already established himself as a knowledgable Pro Staff Member.

 Ray has become a very aggressive and knowledgeable angler on Maryland's waters. He is an active participant in his club Bassin Bunch B/M and was awarded Volunteer of the year in 2002 for his work with the local Casting Kids events and for his Conservation efforts. Ray is a Pro Staff member with our company and provides much needed feed back on lure quality and design.

Brian is a very active member in the fishing community, participating in several tournaments over the last few years. He is very active in conservation projects as well as youth projects with the Bassin Bunch B/M. He was voted "Volunteer of the year" in 2006 for his outstanding work and support of the youth organizations associated with Bassin Bunch B/M. Brian has proven to be a very knowledgable angler, fishing in several tournament trials through out the past 5 years. Brian is one of our Pro Staff members and has proven to be very helpful in product development.

Brian's Selection:

Bill joined Explosive Tackle towards the end of 2008. Since his joining, Bill has expressed several great ideas for the company and our expansion. Bill is a personal trainer and is very active in the fishing community. Bill is a member of B.A.S.S and River Ratz B/M. Bill has also proven to be a very knowledgeable tournament anlger fishing several large tournament trails.

Bill's Selection:

Josh joined the Explosive Tackle Team in April of 2009. Josh brings 10 years of Bass Fishing experiance to our Pro Staff Team. Josh currently owns and operates two coorperations, Wich Construction  and S & S Moving & Storage/Airway Freight Corp. Josh is very active not only in those tow cooperations, but in his family, church and community. Josh has several top 10 finishes in several different bass circuts to include, Fishers of Men, Central Bass Circut, Eastern Shore Bass Masters, and Fishers of Men Legacy tour. Josh has been very key in lure development here at Explosive Tackle.
