The "Pay Pal Shopping Cart" function has been added. You can use this function but a Pay Pal account is required to do so. You may also phone your orders to 443-480-2882 Monday through Friday 9 A.M - 5 P.M EST, or you can email your orders to :etc_custombaits@hotmail.com. Be sure to include your name, address with phone number, email, and item number. When entering your item numbers, add the color code then the size code. Once we receive your order, we will send you a invoice that will allow you to pay online. Once your payment is received, your order will be filled and shipped out within three-five business days. Please send questions to :etc_custombaits@hotmail.com. If we don't have what you want in stock, we will let you know prior to sending an invoice. Back orders are usually processed within 7-10 business days. There will be a $30 return check fee on all returned checks and a $20 Late fee for any unpaid orders 25 days late or more.
